The long-lasting antagonistic effect of caerulein (CLN) on amphetamine (AMP) hyperactivity was abolished in rats following partial 6-OHDA lesions of the nucleus accumbens (NA) or dopamine (DA) A10 area. CLN showed the long-term antagonistic effect on AMP hyperactivity in rats following complete 6-OHDA lesions of the DA A9 area.
