Deposition Cr-Ni alloy on 2Cr13 alloy surface by high-energy micro-arc process was performed.The microstructure,alloy component and hardness of interface between the substrate material and deposition material were studied.The results indicate that there are diffusions of Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni elements between deposition and substrate,and the concentrations of alloy elements change gradationally.There is formed favorable metallurgy bonding between the deposition and substrate.The hardness value from… CONTINUE READING
