Aim: To compare the cytotoxic effect in vitro and antitumor effect in vivo of oridonin nanoliposomes injection(O-NL) and free oridonin solution(O-F). Methods The cytotoxic effect of O-NL and O-F against HePG-2 and MGC-803 cells in vitro were studied by MTT assay method. The antitumor effect studies in vivo of O-NL and O-F were performed in murine heptocarcinoma H22 tumor-bearing mice after iv administration through the tail vein.
