}Matierella is rich in a ranchidonic acid is a kind of healthy oil resource having great exploitable, lipid containing arachidonic acid is extracted by a organic solvent. The results indicate that extraction with ethanol and nhexane can achieve better lipid yield (34.8 %). After chemical saponification, arachidonic acid was perified by urea inclusion treatment of the lipid, resulting an increase of arachidonic acid content 23.4 % of the crude oil to 60.6%.
