Migration contributes to efficient resource management in cloud computing environment. Therefore, migration is used in many areas such as load balancing in Cloud Data Centers (CDCs). However, most of the previous research has concentrated on minimization of migration time. Also, previous works generally did not consider balance between QoS metrics.
