This paper describes the fabrication and testing of carbon fiber reinforcement epoxy resin composites with alumina filler added to the matrix. Carbon fiber reinforced epoxy composites without fillers and with 2%, 4% and 6% filler additions are fabricated. The resulting composites cast were tested for their strength, hardness and wear resistance.
