The affection of different treatment of drying of Artemisia dracunculus L. studied. Artemisia dracunculus L. leaves dried base on shadow, sun, oven (70◦C, 100◦C) and microwave methods. In different time intervals, sampling performed in order to determine the moisture content and color analyzing. Color parameter measurement on dried and fresh leaves revealed that the most changes of color occurred in the initial moisture content of 1-10 %, hence it is concluded that color changing is a function… Expand
