author={T.Saicharan Singh and Prof. Anshuj Jain and Prof. Bharti Chourasia},
In area of Digital Signal Processing, the purpose of filters is to remove the selected range of signal such as noise or to extract meaningful data from the signal. A filter is a device which is designed to pass frequencies within a specific range while rejecting all other unwanted frequencies that fall outside this range. Filters are widely in use in the field of communication and signal processing applications such as radar, video operations, audio processing, ECG, EMG, EEG, channel…

The idea of this paper is to design Butter worth IIR filter for the signal analysis using MATLAB to denoise the digital signal.

Roundoff noise analysis for digital signal power processors using Welch's power spectrum estimation

This paper analytically derive the roundoff noise-to-signal ratio in the measurement of the signal power using Welch's power spectrum estimation technique to measure the power of Gaussian random signals over a frequency band of interest.

Effects of quantization noise in digital filters

It is the aim to set up a model of a digital filter which includes these two latter sources of error and to relate the desired system performance to the required length of computer registers.
