Abstract

Anopheles b. balabacensis mosquitoes were infected with Plasmodium fragile when fed upon splenectomized Macaca mulatta monkeys. Highest level mosquito infections were obtained when feedings were made from 2 to 4 days prior to the peak in the parasitemia.
