Abstract

A method for obtaining highly purified thyroxine-binding globulin (TBG) from whole human serum is presented. The method employs relatively simple procedures of step-wise ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by column chromatography on DEAE cellulose and DEAE Sephadex.
