Studies of multiwall carbon nanotubes using Raman spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy


We present preliminary results of Raman scattering measurements of multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT). The nanotubes have been carefully dissolved, separated and then characterized by AFM.
