More and more academic adnunistrat~~rs are encouraging.faculty to put their courses on the World Wide Web (www), and yetfiw studies have explored sludents’ access to and uses of‘the M. We report on selected data from a I996 survey study of’students’ use of the WWW and selected data jrom an assessment oj’ students ’ used cf WWW-based multimedia.
