The structures of gas-phase [C 4 H 6 O] +. radicals cations and their daughter ions of composition [C 2 H 2 O] +. and [C 3 H 6 ] +. were investigated by using collisionally activated dissociation, metastable ion measurement, kinetic energy release and collisional ionization tandem mass spectrometric techniques.
