Peptides derived from plasmic and cyanogen bromide (CNBr) cleavage of highly cross-linked fibrin were isolated and characterized by sodium dodecyl sulfate-gel electrophoresis, amino acid analyses, cyanoethylation, and NH2-terminal analyses.
