Poly(A)+RNA fractions prepared from free and loosely and tightly membrane-bound polysome populations (poly(A)+RNAfree, poly(A)+RNAloose, and poly(A)+RNAtight) were used to drive cDNA in homologous and heterologous hybridization reactions.
