  • Structure and properties of bacterial cellulose (BC) produced by trickling fermentation were studied. The following indexes, such as extrinsic shapes, microstructure, chemical structure, purity, water holding capacity, porosity, and thermogravimetric characteristics, are recommended for assessing the structure and properties of bacterial cellulose.
