Tissue factor pathway inhibitor-2 (TFPI-2) is a 32 kDa matrix-associated Kunitz-type serine proteinase inhibitor consisting of a short amino-terminal region,three tandem Kunitz-type domains and a positively charged carboxy-terminal tail.
