Staphylococcus aureus CzrA and Mycobacterium tuberculosis NmtR are homologous zinccobalt-responsive and nickelcobalt-responsive transcriptional repressors in vivo, respectively, and members of the ArsRSmtB superfamily of prokaryotic metal sensor proteins.
