Forty Untreated high-risk (HR) individuals for psychosis and 75 healthy control subjects (HC) matched for age, gender, handedness and educational level were investigated by structural MRI. HR subjects were recruited at the Early Detection and Intervention Centre for Mental Crises (FETZ) of the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Germany.
