The structural holes have been a key issue in fuzzy social network analysis. For undirected fuzzy social networks where edges are just present or absent undirected fuzzy relation and have no more information attached, many structural holes measures have been presented, such as key fuzzy structural holes, general fuzzy structural holes, strong fuzzy structural holes, and weak fuzzy structural holes. There has been a growing need to design structural holes measures for directed fuzzy social…

This paper generalizes the notion of regular equivalence to fuzzy social networks based on two alternative definitions ofRegular equivalence is generalized based on the definition of role assignment or coloring, which can determine the role partition of the actors in a fuzzy social network.

A method to consolidate the information content of the fuzzy graph is proposed and a new fuzzy binary operation called consolidation operation is also introduced.
The Closeness Centrality Analysis of Fuzzy Social Network Based on Inversely Attenuation Factor
The notion of centrality and centralization to the fuzzy framework is extended, fuzzy inversely attenuation closeness centrality is proposed, and fuzzy group closenesscentralization based on inverselyattenuation factor in fuzzy social networks is discussed.

Structural Holes: The Social Structure of Competition
The study analyzes the social structure of competition. It addresses the consequences of voids in relational and resource networks. Competitive behavior can be understood in terms of player access to
On the Definition and Property Analysis of Fuzzy Social Network Based on Fuzzy Graph
The definition and relevant analysis provide the theoretical foundation for further study of the fuzzy social network and some of its basic properties are explored.
The Strength of Weak Ties
Analysis of social networks is suggested as a tool for linking micro and macro levels of sociological theory. The procedure is illustrated by elaboration of the macro implications of one aspect of
