Strategic Knowledge Architectures for Agile Threat Response

The synthesis of a new type of information is proposed to enhance the agility of threat response decision making. This form of information consists of strategic knowledge objects whose interrelationships are represented as a set of integrated architectures across the national strategic, military strategic, and operational levels of decision making. The requirements for computing such knowledge objects are discussed, and methods to satisfy these requirements are proposed.
