The binding and subsequent cross-linking of murine IgG2a or human IgG to the Fc gamma R on the monocytic cell line THP-1 induced a rapid, dose-dependent increase in tyrosine phosphorylation of several proteins (a doublet centered around 110 kDa, and bands at 80, 60, and 52 kDa) and smaller increases in other proteins.
