Stereotactic resection of brain metastases in eloquent brain.

Abstract

We have treated 14-patients with metastatic tumors located in eloquent cortical areas by a stereotactic-guided keyhole craniotomy and total microsurgical excision utilizing the Pelorus stereotactic device.
