Stereospecificity of Cinnamyl Alcohol Dehydrogenase and Synthesis of Stereospecifically Labelled Coniferyl Alcohol

Using horse liver alcohol dehydrogenase, stereospecifically tritiated (R)and (S)-(y-3H)-coniferyl alcohol was synthesized.
