Nonvariant equilibrium points in diphenyl oxide–n-heptadecane and biphenyl–diphenyl oxide–n-heptadecane systems are calculated according to Schroeder–Le Chatelier’s method. The experimental studies of the binary and ternary eutectic systems by DSC method are planned using the calculated data. The melting points and compositions of binary and ternary eutectics are determined. Calculated and experimental data are compared. Densities and flash points in open cup are measured.
