Objective. Laparoscopic pelvic assessment is often performed in a nonstandardized fashion depending on the surgeon's discretion. Reporting anatomic findings is inconsistent and lesions in atypical locations may be missed. We propose a method for systematic pelvic assessment based on anatomical landmarks. Design.
