We report the first lattice QCD calculation of the complex kaon decay amplitude A_{0} with physical kinematics, using a 32³×64 lattice volume and a single lattice spacing a, with 1/a=1.3784(68) GeV. We find Re(A_{0})=4.66(1.00)(1.26)×10(-7) GeV and Im(A_{0})=-1.90(1.23)(1.08)×10(-11) GeV, where the first error is statistical and the second systematic. The first value is in approximate agreement with the experimental result: Re(A_{0})=3.3201(18)×10(-7) GeV, while the second can be used to…

Non-leptonic kaon decays at large $N_c$
We study the scaling with the number of colors Nc of the weak amplitudes mediating kaon mixing and decay, in the limit of light charm masses (mu = md = ms = mc). The amplitudes are extracted directly
ϵ′/ϵ anomaly and neutron EDM in SU(2)L × SU(2)R × U(1)B−L model with charge symmetry
A bstractThe Standard Model prediction for ϵ′/ϵ based on recent lattice QCD results exhibits a tension with the experimental data. We solve this tension through WR+ gauge boson exchange in the SU(2)L
Direct CP violation in $K^0\toππ$: Standard Model Status
In 1988 the NA31 experiment presented the first evidence of direct CP violation in the K0 → ππ decay amplitudes. A clear signal with a 7.2σ statistical significance was later established with the
Upper bounds on ε′/ε parameters B6(1/2) and B8(3/2) from large N QCD and other news
A bstractWe demonstrate that in the large N approach developed by the authors in collaboration with Bardeen, the parameters B6(1/2) and B8(3/2) parametrizing the K → ππ matrix elements 〈Q6〉0 and
Updated Standard Model Prediction for ε′/ε
Calculation of K→ππ decay amplitudes with an improved Wilson fermion action in a nonzero momentum frame in lattice QCD
We present our result for the $K\to\pi\pi$ decay amplitudes for both the $\Delta I=1/2$ and $3/2$ processes with the improved Wilson fermion action. In order to realize the physical kinematics, where
General non-leptonic ∆F = 1 WET at the NLO in QCD
Abstract We reconsider the complete set of four-quark operators in the Weak Effective Theory (WET) for non-leptonic ∆F = 1 decays that govern s → d and b → d, s transitions in the Standard Model
Direct CP violation in Cabibbo-favored charmed meson decays and ϵ′/ϵ in SU(2)L × SU(2)R × U(1)B−L model
A bstractSince the standard model contribution is virtually absent, any observation of direct CP violation in the Cabibbo-favored charmed meson decays would be evidence of new physics. In this paper,
Improved anatomy of ε′/ε in the Standard Model
A bstractWe present a new analysis of the ratio ε′/ε within the Standard Model (SM) using a formalism that is manifestly independent of the values of leading (V − A) ⊗ (V − A) QCD penguin, and EW
First exploratory calculation of the long-distance contributions to the rare kaon decays K→πℓ+ℓ-
The rare decays of a kaon into a pion and a charged lepton/antilepton pair proceed via a flavor changing neutral current and therefore may only be induced beyond tree level in the Standard Model.
