We report the first lattice QCD calculation of the complex kaon decay amplitude A_{0} with physical kinematics, using a 32³×64 lattice volume and a single lattice spacing a, with 1/a=1.3784(68) GeV. We find Re(A_{0})=4.66(1.00)(1.26)×10(-7) GeV and Im(A_{0})=-1.90(1.23)(1.08)×10(-11) GeV, where the first error is statistical and the second systematic. The first value is in approximate agreement with the experimental result: Re(A_{0})=3.3201(18)×10(-7) GeV, while the second can be used to…

We study the scaling with the number of colors Nc of the weak amplitudes mediating kaon mixing and decay, in the limit of light charm masses (mu = md = ms = mc). The amplitudes are extracted directly
ϵ′/ϵ anomaly and neutron EDM in SU(2)L × SU(2)R × U(1)B−L model with charge symmetry

A bstractThe Standard Model prediction for ϵ′/ϵ based on recent lattice QCD results exhibits a tension with the experimental data. We solve this tension through WR+ gauge boson exchange in the SU(2)L
Direct CP violation in $K^0\toππ$: Standard Model Status

In 1988 the NA31 experiment presented the first evidence of direct CP violation in the K0 → ππ decay amplitudes. A clear signal with a 7.2σ statistical significance was later established with the

We present our result for the $K\to\pi\pi$ decay amplitudes for both the $\Delta I=1/2$ and $3/2$ processes with the improved Wilson fermion action. In order to realize the physical kinematics, where

Abstract We reconsider the complete set of four-quark operators in the Weak Effective Theory (WET) for non-leptonic ∆F = 1 decays that govern s → d and b → d, s transitions in the Standard Model

First exploratory calculation of the long-distance contributions to the rare kaon decays K→πℓ+ℓ-
• Physics

The rare decays of a kaon into a pion and a charged lepton/antilepton pair proceed via a flavor changing neutral current and therefore may only be induced beyond tree level in the Standard Model.
