Sequential changes in action potential configuration, 4-amino-pyridine-sensitive transient outward current (Ito), and L-type calcium current (ICa) in association with hypertrophy were investigated in ventricular myocytes from rats with monocrotaline (MCT)-induced pulmonary hypertension.
