Essentially all cases of precursor B-lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (B-ALL) demonstrate multiple immunophenotypic aberrancies relative to normal maturing B-cell precursors (hematogones). The stability of these aberrancies has relevance to follow-up minimal residual disease analysis.
