We report an unusual case of spontaneous ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and pituitary hyperplasia mimicking macroadenoma in an adult, non-pregnant woman. Her condition was triggered by unrecognized primary hypothyroidism, which regressed after thyroid hormone replacement therapy.
