Spontaneous CSF leaks are increasingly recognized, and a broader clinical and imaging spectrum of the disorder is emerging. The headaches of CSF leaks are typically orthostatic, but sometimes especially with chronicity the orthostatic features are blurred into lingering chronic daily headaches.
