Splenic cord capillary hemangioma and anemia: resolution after splenectomy.

Abstract

A 59-year-old female presented with isolated anemia and a splenic mass. Standard histology and immunohistochemical techniques categorized the splenic lesion as a cord capillary hemangioma.
