Labelled scanning electron micrographs comprehensively illustrating the spinning fields of Deinopis (Deinopidae), Octonoba (Uloboridae), Araneus (Araneidae), Leucauge (Tetragnathidae), Latrodectus and Theridula (Theridiidae), Gaucelmus (Nesticidae), and Frontinella (Linyphiidae) are presented for the first time .
