We studied afferents to the parabrachial nucleus (PB) from the spinal cord and the spinal trigeminal nucleus pars caudalis (SNVc) in the rat by using the anterograde and retrograde transport of wheat germ agglutinin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (WGA-HRP).
