This paper presents the implementation of the Sliding Mode Control (SMC) design method: Two-Steps (Linear Matrix Inequalities) LMI Approach on a BLDC motor. Two-Steps LMI approach is a method to design an SMC controller so it can guarantee the stability of closed loop system in the sense of Lyapunov.
