Cocrystal formation may affect manufacturability (flow, compaction and processability) as well as solubility/dissolution, hygroscopicity and stability properties of drugs. Therefore, cocrystallization could be used to improve the pharmaceutical properties of low-soluble drugs such as ethenzamide.
