PURPOSE To assess detached macula in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment by using spectral-domain optical coherence tomography. METHODS This retrospective study included 15 eyes of 15 patients with macula-off rhegmatogenous retinal detachment and 16 eyes of 16 patients with acute central serous chorioretinopathy.
