We prove a limiting absorption principle for the standard model of non-relativistic quantum electrodynamics (QED) and for Nelson's model describing interactions of electrons with phonons. To this end, we use the spectral renormalization group technique on the continuous spectrum in conjunction with Mourre theory.
Local Decay in Non-Relativistic QED
We prove the limiting absorption principle for a dressed electron at a fixed total momentum in the standard model of non-relativistic quantum electrodynamics. Our proof is based on an application of
On Rayleigh Scattering in Non-Relativistic Quantum Electrodynamics
We consider a particle system coupled to the quantized electromagnetic or phonon field. Assuming that the coupling is small enough and that Fermi’s Golden Rule is satisfied, we prove asymptotic
Minimal Photon Velocity Bounds in Non-relativistic Quantum Electrodynamics
We consider non-relativistic quantum particle systems, such as atoms and molecules, coupled to the quantized electromagnetic field. We prove several photon velocity bounds for total energies below
Radiation and Scattering in Non-relativistic Quantum Electrodynamics
The standard model of non-relativistic quantum electrodynamics describes non-relativistic quantum matter, such as atoms and molecules, (minimally) coupled to the quantized electromagnetic field. This
Power-Zienau-Woolley representations of nonrelativistic QED for atoms and molecules
In this paper the general Hamiltonian for non-relativistic QED is developed in terms of polarization fields that may be interpreted in terms of fields associated with Faraday's lines of force. The
Limiting Absorption Principle for Some Long Range Perturbations of Dirac Systems at Threshold Energies
We establish a limiting absorption principle for some long range perturbations of the Dirac systems at threshold energies. We cover multi-center interactions with small coupling constants. The
Non linear models from relativistic quantum mechanics : spectral and asymptotic analysis and related problems.
This thesis is devoted to some problems from relativistic and non relativistic mechanics. In a first part, I describe my work on spectral pollution. I present first the results on the stability by

Ground State and Resonances in the Standard Model of the Non-Relativistic QED
We prove existence of a ground state and resonances in the standard model of the non-relativistic quantum electro-dynamics (QED). To this end we introduce a new canonical transformation of QED
Spectral Theory for the Standard Model of Non-Relativistic QED
For a model of atoms and molecules made from static nuclei and non-relativistic electrons coupled to the quantized radiation field (the standard model of non-relativistic QED), we prove a Mourre
ON SPECTRAL RENORMALIZATION GROUP
The operator-theoretic renormalization group (RG) methods are powerful analytic tools to explore spectral properties of field-theoretical models such as quantum electrodynamics (QED) with
Renormalization Group Analysis of Spectral Problems in Quantum Field Theory
Abstract In this paper we present a self-contained and detailed exposition of the new renormalization group technique proposed in [1, 2]. Its main feature is that the renormalization group
Infraparticle scattering states in nonrelativistic quantum electrodynamics. II. Mass shell properties
We study the infrared problem in the usual model of quantum electrodynamics with nonrelativistic matter. We prove spectral and regularity properties characterizing the mass shell of an electron and
Spectral Analysis of N-Body Systems Coupled to a Bosonic Field
We develop an extension of the abstract Mourre theory which consecutively is used to prove spectral properties of various systems coupled to a massless bosonic field. Our models include the
Mathematical Analysis of a Model in Relativistic Quantum Electrodynamics (繰り込み群の数理科学での応用)
Rigorous results are reported on a model of a Dirac particle–a relativistic charged particle with spin 1/2–minimally coupled to the quantized radiation field.
Analytic Perturbation Theory and Renormalization Analysis of Matter Coupled to Quantized Radiation
Abstract. For a large class of quantum mechanical models of matter and radiation we develop an analytic perturbation theory for non-degenerate ground states. This theory is applicable, for example, to

Abstract. We study a model describing a system of one dynamical nucleus and one electron confined by their center of mass and interacting with the quantized electromagnetic field. We impose an
