PURPOSE To describe the morphologic characteristics of commotio retinae using spectral-domain optical coherence tomography and to evaluate its utility in prognosis and follow-up. METHODS Consecutive patients with commotio retinae underwent complete ophthalmic examination, color fundus photography, spectral-domain optical coherence tomography, fundus autofluorescence, and near-infrared autofluorescence.
