In this paper, we introduce a graph operation on G1,G2 and G3 and the result graph is denoted by G S � (G V ( G E ). Subsequently, the adjacency spectra and the Laplacian spectra of G S �(G V ( G E ) are determined whenever G1 is regular. As applications, we construct infinitely many pairs of A-cospectral graphs and L-cospectral graphs. In addition, the number of spanning trees of G S � (G V ( G E ) is also determined.
