Objective To assess the changes of T vector loop in children with Kawasaki disease (KD). Methods Spatial vectorcardiogram was performed in 62 patients with KD aged 0.5 to 11(mean 3.83±2.45) years and in 79 healthy children as control group aged 0.15 to 13 (mean 4.57±2.77) years.
