Features of the spatial power spectrum (SPS) of multiple scattered ordinary and extraordinary waves in randomly inhomogeneous magnetized plasma are investigated using the smooth perturbation method taking into account difiraction efiects. Second order statistical moments are derived for arbitrary correlation function of electron density ∞uctuations at oblique illumination of magnetized plasma by mono-directed incident radiation.
