Space Weather is the study of how the Earth is affected by the variability of the Sun and the biological/technological systems of the Earth. On September 6, 2017, while Hurricane Irma caused chaos in the Caribbean and Southern Continental United States, The Sun had released a solar flare X9.3, the largest in this minimum solar cycle.
