New species of primitive oribatid mite of the family Haplochthoniidae (Acari, Oribatida) from southeastern Iran

A new species is described and illustrated based on adult specimens sampled from soil in Sistan and Baluchestan province, southeastern Iran, characterised by very long prominent rostral apophyses and number and size of genital setae.
