In this paper, the problem of designing a multicarrier transceiver for single-link mmWave transmission is considered. Assuming hybrid beamforming with multiple data streams, it is shown how the common wideband analog beamformer can be optimized together with digital multiple-input, multiple-output precoders and receive equalizers which operate on per-subcarrier basis.
