Little biochemical information is available on donkeys, although donkey is one of the regular patients that regularly come to the veterinary clinics in the Sudan. Moreover, many researchers use the donkey as experimental animals. The aim of the present study is to avail data on sero-biochemical reference values of working donkeys in the Khartoum State.
