Somaclonal variation in transformed roots and protoplast-derived hairy root clones of Hyoscyamus muticus.

Abstract

Substantial somaclonal variation in growth rate, morphology, and alkaloid production of Hyoscyamus muticus L. hairy root clones obtained by transformation with four Agrobacterium strains was shown.
