ZusammenfassungNach neueren Ergebnissen kann das Vorkommen vontrans-Resveratrol (trans-3,5,4′-Trihydroxystilben) in Rotweinen eine therapeutische Bedeutung haben. Eine wichtige Voraussetzung ist deshalb eine möglichst schnelle und zuverlässige Bestimmungsmethode.
