Solid-liquid phase behavior of binary mixtures of oleic acid (OA)/capric acid (C10A) and OA/caprylic acid (C8A) were investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and X-ray diffraction.
