PRIMARY OBJECTIVE This study examined sociodemographic, physical and psychosocial characteristics of family caregivers of stroke survivors at risk for depression. RESEARCH DESIGN A correlational study. METHODS AND PROCEDURES Data were collected from 52 family caregivers and care recipients with ischemic stroke.
